Terms & Cancellation Policy

  • All consultations are in strictest confidence in friendly, professional and comfortable surroundings.
  • The agreement to work on the issues presented by you, in no way implies or guarantees the resolution of your presenting issue(s). However, our therapists/specialists will endeavour to use best efforts and skills to work towards your therapeutic goal(s).
  • Home/on-site visits by arrangement with double price.
  • Our all therapists and specialists working with a waiting list, we operate a strict cancellation policy. This makes it fair for those on our waiting list as we can offer them a cancelled appointment.
  • Appointments are subject to a minimum 48 hours cancellation policy, for cancelling with rearranging.
  • As you are paying for our time, no refunds are available for cancellation, including any session(s) or programme fees paid in advance.
  • Fees must be paid for the 10 working day before the appointment or at the time of booking. Please note, that all payments Non-Refundable.
  • Sessions fee is payable by bank transfer, c.card or cheques. Cash will not be accepted.
  • The copy of the Student Card must be provided before the first session.
  • For clients aged under 16, parental or guardian written consent is obtained prior to the treatment/activity.
  • If you are receiving care or treatment from any medical, healthcare or therapy practitioner e.g. GP, Psychologist or Counsellor, you may be asked to seek their permission before any therapy or service sessions can commence.
  • During therapy or service sessions, Oxford Resolution Centre will treat you with respect and not abuse the trust you place in. Oxford Resolution Centre will use best practice at all times in our mutual interest. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including therapist/specialist, or any property belonging to either to Oxford Resolution Centre or any other person.
  • You must not to come/attend to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications which have been prescribed by your doctor. If you do come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, Oxford Resolution Centre will cancel the session and may refuse to see you for any further therapy/service sessions.
